Seminars - Mentoring - Retreats
My role in the Mentoring Group for Healers is to support and expand each person's natural and inspired healing approach. Together we will experience the love, wonder, power and miracle-producing qualities of healing. In the Mentoring Group for Human and Spiritual Mastery, each person will be helped to discover and define his/her own model of mastery and then helped to achieve and become it with grace and power. It is with great respect and love for the human experience- and for those who are called to walk the maze of becoming its masters- that I offer myself as a mentor.

It is impossible to imagine or describe the love, power and blessing of Bill Bauman for humanity and the planet. You must experience him!
Amy Marie Armaw, Asheville, North Carolina

Bill Bauman’s mentoring group is an experience of love, acceptance, immeasurable growth, new friendships, fun, shifting even more into that place of God and Unity. Life will never be the same!
Bobbie Breo, St. George, Utah

The truth Bill expresses empowers my soul in such a way that I can be more present, creative, and joyful in my life.
Elizabeth Banner, New York City, New York

After completing the mentoring program, I feel safe and joyous even in the midst of uncertainty. Freedom from worry, freedom from fretting over a greener pasture, and contentment with “What Is” are the treasures I carry with me now.
Warren Bellis, Waynesboro, Pennsylvania

Bill’s ever-loving ability to sense and share inspirational words at the most opportune time creates a playground of Grace where the exploration of new possibilities unfolds naturally within. It is as if he reads each person as a book and then uniquely customizes his inspiration to simply draw out the highest and best potential from us all.
Pamela Curlee, Denver, Colorado

Through the year I acquired many gifts. I have Grace as my partner in life. I have a deeper sense of awareness, love and trust for my Self. There is a flow and dance to life each day that is somehow smoother and easier. Change isn’t quite as scary as it once was … I have more confidence in myself and the divine plan…. I feel at peace with life and the part I am here to play. I am living with more bliss, love, grace and power than I have ever experienced before!
Christie Sloan, Littleton, Colorado

Extremely powerful, deeply transformative, and absolutely magical! The group experience has provided me with a true spiritual family that has held me in love and truth, so that I could see my own truth.
Anita Vizcarra, San Diego, California

Mentoring Experiences

Introduction
Bill Bauman- Mentoring Experience

Many people have asked me for more personal time and attention, as a way of using my help to support their personal goals and purposes in life.  In response to these requests, I have felt inspired to initiate two different programs: (a) year long mentoring groups, and (b) personal intensives.

I invite you to read about these options - especially the mentoring groups - to see if you feel personally moved to participate.

Introduction:

To me, mentoring is a sacred contract between two or more people. It allows us to join together in mutual commitment to your growth and in honor of your deserving nature. I lovingly offer a series of mentoring experiences through the Center for Soulful Living:

Level I: Mentoring Group in Soulful Living and Empowerment
Level II: Advanced Mentoring Group and Training in Mastering and Facilitating Soulful Living
Level III: Experiential Course/Training in Soulful Leadership (certification program)

Each of these groups is limited in size, to allow time and space for me to give individual attention and support to each person, and all are held in my home base, St. George, Utah.

In addition, I am delighted to offer a new Minister of Soulful Living Training and Certification Program for graduates of the Level III Training in Soulful Leadership and an Annual Mentoring Graduates Gathering for those who have completed any mentoring program.

Personal Intensives

It has been my privilege over the years to spend quality time with an individual - or with a few individuals together - over a day or two at a time, without interruption.  These intensive, focused times have allowed immeasurable growth for many people.

I am again inspired to open myself and my schedule to provide a personal intensive experience for those who feel a need or calling for such an involvement with me. In this event, I would spend one or (at most) two days with a person (or two persons, if appropriate), giving that person not only my undivided attention, but the benefit of the gifts and blessings that can flow into that person in such a setting.

Those who might want such an involvement with me might do so for a number of reasons, among which may be:

A need for a breakthrough in one's personal life

A desire for more clarity about one's nature, purpose, life, or direction

A healing of deeply rooted issues, pains, blocks or limitations

An initiation, jump start, or booster shot into a new phase of one's life

An inspiration and calling that requires clarification and/or transformation

An empowerment for becoming one's true Self or launching one's mission

Only a few of these personal intensives can fit into my schedule in a given year.  Thus, I am most selective in accepting requests for this service. Specifically, I will say "yes" only to those persons whom I see (in my spiritual vision) as being drawn to me and with whom I also feel called to spend this kind of special time.

Where:
I'll do these Intensives at my home (in St. George, Utah).

When
By individual arrangement, weekdays only (most weekends are full).

How long
One day or two days, depending on your need.
Eight hours per day, with occasional breaks as needed, to support your assimilation and integration.

Fee
For one person - $1,800.00 per day, plus your travel and lodging fees.
For two persons - $2,300.00 per day, plus your travel and lodging fees.

How to apply
Simply contact my project manager, Elinor Hall by email, or send a letter to me using the Contact Us section.

Minister of Soulful Living Training and Certification Program

Introduction
The time has come for CSL to expand its offerings to those who are looking for expanded or increased soulfulness in their lives. While we at CSL have trained and certified many persons as leaders in soulful facilitation, soulful training and soulful mentoring, we are now inspired to offer another training and certification: for those who desire to become ministers of soulful living.

Purpose
As you know, CSL’s stated purpose is “to offer inspirational, transformational and educational services” to persons who are looking for a more enhanced soulful and grace-filled life. Thus far, we have accomplished this goal through our own programs led mostly by Bill Bauman, and more recently through supporting the offerings and services of our certified facilitators and CSL trainers/mentors.

Our purpose in training and certifying persons as ministers of soulful living is twofold:

  • to provide soulfully-oriented people more opportunity to have their spiritual needs attended to by deeply soulful, inspired and trained/certified ministers; and
  • to allow for a soulful style of dedicated service and mission on the part of those who feel “called” to a specifically ministerial function.

Benefits of Certification
The Minister of Soulful Living will be allowed to serve the soulful needs of persons who are drawn to him/her as a minister. Specifically, the minister is certified to perform the following spiritual/soulful functions:

  • wedding ceremonies and other blessings of marriages
  • birthing ceremonies and rituals that welcome new souls into the world
  • pastoral care and ministering to the spiritual needs of the sick and dying, in hospitals, nursing homes and other appropriate settings
  • funeral and memorial services
  • spiritual counseling in matters of the soul
  • meditation groups, prayer meetings and retreat/reflection gatherings
  • spiritual celebration ceremonies, such as:

o regular spiritual services, such as Sunday services
o celebration of special events and holidays
o special rites of passage (e.g., from childhood to adolescence, from adolescence to womanhood or manhood)

  • teaching of content related to soulful living, to individuals or groups
  • preaching sermons or homilies, and giving inspirational messages, related to soulfulness
  • other functions that a spiritual minister would perform, even if not mentioned here, if those functions are soulful, legal, ethical and requested by the recipient

Eligibility
Training for this certification is available to anyone who has completed all three of CSL’s mentoring experiences (below), and (of course!) who feels soulfully called to it:

  • Level I Mentoring ~ Human & Spiritual Mastery, Masterful Healing, or Soulful Empowerment
  • Level II Mentoring ~ Certification as a Facilitator of Soulful Living
  • Level III Mentoring ~ Certification in Soulful Leadership (as a CSL Trainer/ Mentor)

Training
Training for certification as a CSL minister of soulful living will take place over a period of one four-day-long weekend (Friday to Monday). It will be provided by Bill Bauman, be masterfully co-facilitated by our own gifted Rev. Debbi Brown, and will focus specifically on a ministerial style of caring for people’s spiritual needs (as described in “Benefits of Certification” above).

  • When: Two trainings are scheduled, Friday through Monday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM :
    2008 Group: October 17-18-19-20, 2008
    2009 Group: October 16-17-18-19, 2009

  • Where: The training will be held at a conference facility in St. George, Utah. The specific conference facility will be chosen based on the size of the group. If the group is small (5-10 persons), it will be held in the home of Donna and Bill Bauman.
  • Fee: The fee for the training is $1,000.00, payable to the Center for Soulful Living (by check or credit card). Each participant is also responsible for travel to and from St. George, as well as lodging and meals while there.
  • Application Deadline: August 15, 2008. If you feel moved to apply, please send the registration form, along with a $250.00 deposit, to CSL by August 15th. Download flyer and registration form (PDF)

Concluding Note
We have felt strongly inspired to make this ministerial aspect an intimate and integral part of CSL, rather than forming a separate legal entity like a church (or, officially, “religious organization”). In short, we don’t feel moved to be seen and experienced as a religion or church, but rather a spiritual presence.

That said, our attorney advises us that CSL and its certified ministers can in fact perform “religious” (as well as “spiritual”) functions. Thus, you as a CSL-certified minister will meet the requirements of the laws of all states to perform weddings and other ministerial functions. In summary, you will be legally allowed to perform all of the functions and services that a religious minister (one licensed or ordained by a legally recognized church) does.
